Inquiries and contact details
When you submit an inquiry, your name, email, phone number, and event details are sent through FormSubmit to PHJ’s email inbox. PHJ uses that information to respond, check availability, and discuss your event. FormSubmit states it retains form submissions for 30 days. Please do not include payment-card details or sensitive personal information.
Event photos
Event galleries and their photo files can be viewed by visitors who have the link. Gallery visitors may download images. Please only share or use photos you have permission to use. To request removal of a photo, email PHJ with the event name and photo filename or link.
Other services
The website is hosted through Sites and uses Google Fonts for typography. Event photo files are hosted with the website. FormSubmit processes inquiry submissions. These services and Instagram operate under their own privacy terms. Extra-copy requests open your email app and reach PHJ only when you send the email.
